Yeah, .NET Service status didn't say anything about it in the latam (spanish) site too.

good old MSN Died on me , bout as usefull as Gmail when its up, which is bout 3/4 days a week

Ive been on for ages but i only have 3 contacts on, That explains it.

it'll go offline eventually, mine tries to connect but fails

could someone explain to me why this is happening? im a little confused

mine's saying my contact list is unavailable? maybe they were updating the server to hav a bigger limit than 150 contacts, we can only hope

Well, this is the same for me. I signed in and it was all ok for about 10 mins and then it just all closed down and tried to sign back in again but it failed, i Exited MSN and re- started it again and it worked fine up till now.

I think it is somthing wrong with the MSN server or somthing like that.

well, at least i think it's been the longest since the last similar problem messenger had....

Aaargh, how annoying And i also sometimes get that message about my contactlist.. Didn't have any probs until about 45 mins ago.. Oh well, guess i'll just have to go and do something else
(but i'm glad to read it happens to a lot of people, so i know it isn't something to do with me)

Now i cant sign in, Just when i want to send a file..

Yes, as Anubis and some others already said in msn down?, some of the servers are down, but you can try the solution he posted:

Some people, like me, are still online. However, there's no one else in my contact list on atm . The problems are worldwide and Microsoft hasn't said anything about it yet.

its down for me in the UK again. i doesnt work at all. and when i go to the service status page that isnt working either.

i managed to log in but it's down again!

if you're on lower than msn 7, use MSN servers, and find yourself a server.

msn 7 users: just keep on trying to connect to the msn service, you'll eventually come on a random server which will still work.

aaaaaaaaaa, it keeps loging in...kicking me, and i have to be an hour trying before i can log in again! F*** MSN

they must have either gotten attacked, or they're doing some kind of huge upgrade, or a combination of both
