same here....i got an email about it and when i clicked on the link, it said that the thread didn't exist and i couldnt find it anywhere

Not wanting to disrespect Patchou etc. but...
You don't need Patchou's permission to write a Tweak Plus! program, in the same way he didn't need MS's to write MSN Messenger Plus!
Also the kind of stuff you do in tweak Plus! is fairly mundane, and I can't really imagine Patchou objecting. Why not keep going with the project, keeping it active and then if Patchou has a serious problem with it (including some particular reason) then think about cancelling or changing it.

I think the intention is just to tweak registry values that Patchou has setup for people to tweak - like the date format in the contact logs, check for updates etc.

Of course I agree! What kind of stupid guy would I bee if I refused? 
I'm so glad to see that people take the time to create addons for my own one. However, to help things to be more organized, Ill give my full help only to one software.. other people wanting to do a reg-setting change software will have to find another source of information .
When Ill be back home, a lot of things will wait for me so, everyone, I just ask you to please be patient... Im alone dont forget and I cant see all the posts you do on this forum
