ok my friend msn can detect other ppl when they about to send him a message is that tool from Messenger Plus or somwhere else?

is a feature of stuffplug-NG - www.stuffplug.com
but the featur doesn't work probably with msn 7, so it is going to be removed in the new version of stuffplug-NG with comes out soon
