Ok i dont know if this is old or not but i found out how to stream video and audio to my contacts using msn messenger!!! This is what my screen looked like. As you can see i am recording the windows media player and it is showing on my cam position on the convo...their is a LIVE tab in camstasia recording properties and when u check the enable live it shows w/e ur recording on the screen through the cam

And with a little trick Traxor taught me this morning i was able to stream my audio from the speakers as well.!!

Now i know it would be alot more conveniant to go from media player straight to convo but until someone figures that out i suggest my way

My dad once had his TV from the tv card coming through the webcam stream. The funny thing is is that he couldn't get it back to the camera. Something was seriously messed up .

You can download Camtasia 2.0 trial that will last for ages, or you can 'aquire' it as it were hehe...

ive figured out how to do the video streaming, but when it comes to audio, it simply says the same as before, that msn cant detect my microphone..

Iv just got version 3.0.2, and set the output to Live but when i invite someone to cam it says its in use or not pluged it, im using 7.0 what could be wrong?

can i run this software on winME ??

couz therez a problem on my network these dayz due to which winXP and 2000 are not allowed

camtasia .. since i dont have that recording option in control panel ---- > sounds

do u have that little volume icon in the bottom right of ur screen, double click that, it will open volume control  go options>properties  click on recording, check all boxes at the bottom and click ok, now select stereo mix and when u send someone on msn an audio convo, theyll hear the sounds from your speakers likeit was theirs, you DONT need camtasia to do this

well instead of that volume icon i have that sb audio pci 64v mixer thingy on that bottom right .. so guess if ne 1 can help me with that thing ...

ive done it through various ways .. but when i record the sound with sb audio's wave studio .. it always gives me that error of output device already in use and bla bla

or sometimes when i have voice chat and i try to record it with sound recorder provided by win98 so i get this error

another application is recording audio .. stop recording with the other application and then try to record sound with sound recorder
