Is there a way to have different Avatars showin on my end for different people contacts I talk to?

do you mean like each person you talk to will see a different avatar under your account

hmmm, i don't think it would be possable anymore then it would be for different screen names, it could be though, display picture may work differently then screen names

I dont think the MSN Protocol allows different pictures to be sent
