I could take the first one today, second one had to be ordered will be here monday :D
and DAMN does it look nice :P
just my old monitor looks so sad now, and it won't accept a frequency of anything else than 60hz which hurts my eyes :'(

Considering you can get a 24" screen with a 12ms response time, TB's monitors are probably quite good.

Hertz indicates your refresh rate. 85Hz for example, refreshes your screen 85 times per second. So, yeah, logically, the higher the better (Response times get better too, and it will be more pleasent to your eyes which have a "refresh rate" of roughly 50~60Hz if I'm not mistaken).

Setting your screen to something it doesnt support (Too high, for example) will pretty much blow it up if you leave it running for too long.

TB, does it use analog or digital input? ;) Digital is WAY faster.. But only a small set of GFX cards support it (Analog is slower because GFX cards convert from digital to analog, then your monitor does the opposite, which is pretty much waste of time!)

And my videocard has one DVI out ;)
Thus I bought an extra PCI videocard too to support the other monitor in DVI too :P (Not areally good one, just a crappy 35e one which my dad bargained to get for free with the two monitors ;))

I need to somehow get a 17" monitor, don't care if its LCD or CRT to be honest, I just want a larger resolution, and my screen can't handle it cause its dodgy :p... well, cause its  15" :p... I want to go to 1280x1024, anybody want to sell me a 17" monitor (a)...

I currently have a 15" Compaq 7500 CRT monitor...

I just did, but the only ones that I could find were pretty much like £220, well, as you know... I'm 14 going on 15, and I don't have that much money to spare to be honest, I'll just have to save up and keep on getting people to click my ads :O.

I have like a 15'' screen, default, since I have a laptop.  I like it.  21'' would be very nice though.
