does this happend to you:
when you plug in your iPod inot the usb port, and load up iTunes, does it delete everything that is on your iPod? if theres a way to disable tht feature how can i disable it?

hmm i dont have iPod shuffle and i dont like it eaither because its a little stick with notin barely on it..i mean if u have like 100 songs on it, doesnt it get annoyin to search thru all of them?
if i get an iPod product then its gonna be either mini or regular one

but back to the problem:
i think the problem is in ur iTunes because in shuffle u dont have any options..u might check help at iTunes or sometin under options

i dont have itunes cause is bad, but i know the problem. this happens because the ipod shuffle is syncronized each time it is connected. this means theat everything in your library is the same as on the iPod (althought on a iPod shuffle you couldnt fit all your music). you need to go into options or preferences or something like that and turn off Syncronization.
or you could just make sure all your music is in your library because i dont think there is anything in yor library at the moment. that should also be easy with a find music butto or something.
