yes there is, and it just is not as "reliable" if your contacts use msn 7. search these boards to find more information about the lack of reliablitity. there is lots of information

It doesn't matter what version is. It's because of MSNM7 that the notifications became unreliable. It won't matter if you use MSNM6 or MSNM7.

i don't use the msnm7.06...
my friend use it..and he said it's better than 7.0...
but i dunno any plugin for 7.06 ;~

It's highly adviced to downgrade to the public and safer beta 7.0.0425.

If I am not mistaken, for MSNM 6.2 you can use Stuffplug.

Window Opened notifiers do not work 100% even if you have 6.2 because some of your contacts may be using 7.0
They just aren't reliable anymore
