Hey I got a quick question if I am converting word perfect 7 to word 2000 the styles from WP to Word should convert automatically right without me going thru the document in word and deleting all the Wordperfect styles right?

as far as i know, yep, word 2000 should support the wordperfect (v.7) files :S

i'm assuming this because i know how it can work the other way around (if you want to open word 2000 files in wordperfect 7). there is an option in word 2000 to save the file as a *.wpd document (WordPerfect).

I know that.  But the styles do not need to be formated right?

nope i dont think they need to be formated :)

lol, sorry but than again, is there a way you could try it out without losing anything? (i'm not 100% sure of this :S)
