i'm not too much into that kinda stuff so what the hell is a psp? is it a handheld gaming thingy? like gameboy and nintendo DS stuff?

When is it comming in the us (i think ur in the us. rite blade ? or was it canada ?)
It'll take almost 4 ever for it to come to india. Prolly never come. I'll have to tell my bro to bring one back when he comes back home in a few months

Get a Japanese one, they're Region 2 (just like Europe) so you can watch European movies on them too.
