try this which should fix it

go to start - run, then type cmd and press ok

then type "netsh winsock reset catalog" without the quotes and press enter

After restarting your computer everything should be ok.

This command resets the winsock keys and is a special feature of SP2

Try unplugging your power cable from the back of the modem, waiting about 10 seconds, then plugging it in again. This has worked for me 'cause mine does that when I switch cables for Xbox Live :dodgy:
