I accidentually paid attention that forum members who have their names changed, dont seem to have it changed in quotes.
Lets say my previous name was "distorted" and then when I go back to previous posts and look at the quotes I see the following:

It's been discussed many many times and the answer has always been: No, because every post would have to be fetched from the database that the user has made and then searched through for all matching quote tags of their old name.
It's a limitation
