depends on what you've send him, in what format, for what purpose (website I assume), etc...

If you don't encode your web translation in unicode form with "&#nnnnn;" (each n stands for natural number)
then the web page might be shown as unreadable characters.
This conversion is available by using MS Frontpage, Dreamweaver or whatever supports the conversion between ANSI and Unicode.
