My mate has the WIndows Alpha (Longhorn)
Is Messenger Plus! 3.50 compatable?

Simply and short: No.
Messenger Plus! will not be compatible with Alpha, Beta and/or leaked versions of operating systems.

it MAY be try putting MSN messnger in XP or 2000 mode then same w/ setup
