I need a good program that tells local weather like on the desktop, but not Weatherbug...:| just something i don't like about it

There isn't really anything, but I think ObjectDock has a feature, and if you go to www.stardock.com, then there is DesktopX, that has lots of widgets inc. several weather rss feed ones.

I know this is not for your desktop, but ForecastFox is an excellent plug-in for Mozilla Firefox.

object dock has a good one as said above, only it's not supported for canada :(

kapsules is a widget engine that can display weather, as well as other information. http://kapsules.shellscape.org
