Hello !

First, sorry for my english :p I'm french :$

So, I use custom names and display original nickname. I would like to change the color of the original nickname, it is possible ? It's actually in grey but i would like for example display them in white .. what can i do ?

Yep you can do

You need to put    · $ <colour>     in your nickname

You need the HTML coding colour, which can be found from google i imagine :)

in messenger plus 3.50 underneath the checkbox for "attach original name" there are formatting options to change the color of the name, you can also make it bold/italic

That doesnt apply for the "Attach origional name option" :p

the easiest way to do this would be to attach the origional name by using the (!N) tags and not the "Attach the origional name option"
This would allow you to use colour.
for example.
enter the custom name of the contact them press ctrl + k and chose a colour. Then type (!N).

ignore what i said above its wrong :$

you can either do what madman said but this will have to be done for each contact

or

you can download Plus! Tweak and edit the "CustNameAttachTagFmt"
to add color click insert and insert the color character before the (!N) and then the number of the color you want it to be
you can also add other items like the persons email into the custom name using the same method
