other than yourself???

ehh I don't think so.. but im not the best in this domain, maybe a msn tester can help you?!

Could you be more detailed?
If you wish to know if others used your screenname, then no, you can't know that. If you suspect someone has been using your Messenger account, then there's no solid way of checking this either. It's of course recommended to change your password then.
