Firefox won't run more than 1 instance by .blade// on 03-27-2005 at 01:47 AM

Firefox stopped letting me open new windows/pop-ups earlier (it's not the pop-up blocker doing this -_-). Would anyone have an idea why? I'm scanning for ad/spyware now.

I wouldn't have posted if it was that simple :P

It's a good idea.

When you reinstalled it and all, did you delete the old files (including "AppData")?

start firefox with the -profilemanager     command line.

profiles are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\WINUSERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\funkynumbers.nameofprofile

Creating a New Mozilla Firefoz profile
         ======================================

        1) Select Start > Run... from the Windows Start menu.

        2) Enter firefox.exe -profilemanager and press OK.

Ok guys - I tried the profile manager (which  didn't want to load) along with a lot of other things. I just deleted all the registry entries/program files and am re-installing firefox as we speak. I hope THAT works :-/

Update: Someone at the mozilla.org forums helped me fix it! :)

Not a clue, but deleting my profile fixed it :-/
