Is my site legel? RE: Is my site legel? by M73A on 03-28-2005 at 12:24 PM
are the comics copyrighted? RE: Is my site legel? by .Roy on 03-28-2005 at 12:26 PM i dont think i can get contact of the person who made it. Maybe if i put a copyright though... Would that be suffisiant? RE: Is my site legel? by M73A on 03-28-2005 at 12:32 PM
quote: erm. im not sure if stating that its copyrighted would be ok. it might be because your showing other people not to copy it without permission but you don't have the permission yourself .... well thats how i see it anyway.... EDIT: this may be of some help? its about sueing copyright infringers..im looking to see if it tells you if you are infringing atm.. http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/copyright/p05_copyright_infringement RE: Is my site legel? by paperless on 03-28-2005 at 12:33 PM
Just kjeep doing it.. if someone sends you an email warning you about it you investigate about that. RE: Is my site legel? by mwe99 on 03-28-2005 at 12:36 PM
Yeah just keep doing it... a comic strip site compared to site's that leak software is hardly comparision. As you can't get copyright just put something like "every effort has been made to contact the owners' - however no contact was made. If these belong to you, please email me" etc RE: Is my site legel? by M73A on 03-28-2005 at 12:37 PM This is on a site i find whilst looking for the copyright owner: quote: I ALSO FOUND THIS: FAQ OF COPYING HOBBES its very handy....its got like an FAQ and the questions are things like 'i want to use a hobbes comic on my website how do i...' etc id say check it out This is the main question i saw: Q.
