timezone bug by MarckDaniels on 03-29-2005 at 01:18 AM

well, in my country it is not a common stuff to change hour (time zone) due to change of season, but it happened this time because of lack of energy...

the thing is that when I changed timezone last sunday, all my historys for this month were deleted and not restored anywhere... :(

You should not have changed your timezone though, but simply turned of daylight saving. (And If you have Windows XP, this will be done automatically). Thus, your timezone should be GMT-3 hours, with DST off or if you have Windows XP, as shown in the screenshot (click on it to see it full screen):

As for the deletion of the logs: I tried to reproduce it, but nothing is deleted here though...

What is your full Messenger Plus! version? (it would be in the form of 3.XX.XXX and can be found by going to the main Plus! menu > About...)

as i've said, it is not usual to have daylight saving here in my country, so my XP version does not supported automatic daylight saving, as it has nothing regular

version 3.40.112 BETA

thanks! :)

You sure about that? According to the iso world clock, your DST ends on Sunday, March 27 2005 at 2:00 AM local daylight time and starts on Sunday, September 18 2005 at Midnight local standard time. This is just the same as last year, and it will be the same next year, etc... You could/should let Windows XP syncronize the time automatically...

but anyways

There is a new version (non-beta) out since March 16th. Try to install that: http://www.msgplus.net/.
