Is it possible to see if your contacts have deleted you form their contact list? Do you need any plugins etc. to be able to get that information or is it just not possible?

The easiest way imo is to use Noroom's Listmanager. You can log in like you normally do with MSN Messenger and you can view several lists.
Or with just MSN Messenger:
Open allowlist (tools > options > privacy...click the "view" button) and compare that list with your contactslist.
