the Tabbed MSN link from the plugin page seems broken. i can't download it from there i get redirected to http://www.msgplus.net/
anyway, if you want the plugin you can get it from here

... It shouldn't.. It's not ready for use yet...

Yes CyBeRDuDe is doing great plugins and when they are out of beta they will be amazing.
