Hi, i'm at my brothers house, and after installing messenger7, (one of the betas or the new release),when i start it, i cant even see the window and it's allways gives on of these costum windows errors like this :

Go to processes on the task manager and end any instance of msmsgs.exe and msmsgsr.exe then start MSN Messenger and see if it happens. If not uninstall MSN Messenger, reboot the computer, and install it again.

see what the error is, if it is 0x81000301 than the link to mess.be will help you
Edit:
ALSO, in the worst case, try uninstalling msn 7, install the 6.2 version and than upgrade to 7 again.
once again, it would be easier to help you if you translated

well try the jao advice if it works then congratz... other try this one...
STEP 1: first of all unistalll all the msn stuff like msn msnger and msgplus with plugins
STEP 2: delete the folders of msn msnger and msgplus and other msn msnger stuff (if hav)
STEP 3: delete the registry of msn msnger (plz dont touch registry if u r novice of it)
STEP 4: restart ur pc and reinstall only msn msnger latest build if it works then install the stuff u want ..
keep us update abt ur problem .....

I went everywhere...fuck it..my brother doesnt really need 7...it works at my place..here it doesnt...Oh well..

I think that it is because there are still a lot of bugs in msn 7, as you used the beta version. Now, the full version has been released. Check whether you can use it. Anw, you haf to check the sys req oso. Mebbe your comp is not compatible with 7
