which version are you using?

I can't find anything about changing shorcuts. I would recommend just uninstalling then reinstalling.

There's a new beta? Where can you get it from? The website still says 1.0.2.

Well there's another shortcut though it has a slight diference (yep it refreshes the images, not using the ones in cache)...

Shift + Control + R...

I can't find a way to solve it :S...

Isn't it just Control + R?

You could try creating a new profile, but I'm not sure if that would change anything.

The reinstalling doesnt work because when u uninstall firefox it keeps the settings, but i am not 100% sure.

I think making a new profile will fix it because it resets all the settings.

edit: I guess it didnt work.

Try uninstalling the program and then deleting all the remains that could be found in the firefox folder in program files.(by doing this all your skins and extensions and everything will be deleted)
Then try reinstalling it.

Does this problem only occur while using Firefox or does it happen in other programs, say Windows explorer or internet explorer?
