is there any forumula or something about resizing pictures without them getting messed up im trying to make a big picture smaller

u can use xp power tool image resizer....

what do you mean by formula?
when using a picture editor... resize the image and make sure you constrain the proportions of height and width so they are in the same ratio as the original. There is normally an option for this

i think he wants a handy tools through which he can just resize his picture with just few kliks... and xp power toy's image resizer would be best for him... :)

its ok now i was usiing Microsoft Photo Editor and it Made the Ribbons of the Medals Mess Up but when i use Photoshop it turns out fine

in most programs when u hold shift while shrinking it, it will shrink according to porportions

yeha, of lets say if your picture was L-286 and W-329, just take away a hundred from the length (thhis would be with same porportions on) and if not, then like just go divide the length (or width) by 2 or 3 or something so it's not some random number like changing 286 to 590
