I got the freezing fixed, i just need help with this:

Ok, i was installing insight internet to my other comp. on a router, and yesterday it 'passed' the test thing, but today when i got everything installed, it 'failed' the new thing that i installed today, was my ethernet card...the test results: (words in red is what i need help with)

Windows Version: WindowsXP SP1
CPU Speed: ~233 MHz; 231 MHz
Memory: ~160 MB; 128 MB
USB: NOT AVAILABLE; USB Port or NIC
Network Card (NIC): NOT AVAILABLE; NIC or USB Port
TCP/IP: Installed; Required
Display Resolution; 800x600; 800x600
and Color Depth: 16-bit color; 8-bit color


any solutions?

Is there a reason you're using this 'Insight Internet' setup program? Because, to be honest, it's pretty easy and far better to just do it using the Windows wizards.

Yea, there is a reason, i am familiar with this setup program...but not familiar with the stupid problem, which probably has a simple solution

Take my advice: just use Windows' own wizards.
