AutoMessage Bug by Concord Dawn on 04-29-2005 at 02:05 AM

There's a bug in Msgplus's automessaging feature. If someone prefixes their message with "Automessage:" then msgplus interprets it as a Plus! automessage, and gives the false pretense that the other user has Plus!. Is there any way to fix this?

Windows Version: Windows XP, 5.01.2600
Messenger Client Version: 7.0.0777
Messenger Plus! Version: 3.52.0130

It's not a bug. That is just the trigger for the "Automessage:" message and it is also so people without msgplus see the information in a fasion understandable to them.

Well is there some better way to fix it? It's kind of annoying for the reason I stated above.

Even if Patchou changed the trigger it would still be possible to find out what it was and your friend could still annoy you. So there is no point :).

Edit:
It would also remove backwards compatibility. So just tell your friend to STFU or you will block her :P.

Yeah true. Oh well. I guess there's always the option to turn it off......
