Hi, i have a very anoing problem ---> if i click to start msn the icon of msn apears
but the frontpage to sign in doesn't
so msn is activated but it whon't open
and when i shut Messenger Plus down with ctrl+alt+delete it opens
but than i don't have Messenger Plus ....
and i have more msn's and i got a plugin for multiply msn
and whitout Messenger Plus it whon't work so i only can go online on 1 msn
and i would be glad if some1 helped me fix this problem...
so i can go on my 2 msn's

if you want to use myCode uou have to put tags on both sides of the text like this:

i'm kinda confused with you question

, but if Plus! isn't starting up, go to preferences>general options>Messenger Plus! Automatic Recovery Options
and change it to Default Mode-Foreced

Please do not treble post, it is actually against the rules.

In regards to your problem. Try a clean install of MSN Messenger, uninstall it, reboot PC, reinstall it and your plugins.

Make sure you have stuffplug 2.2.19 (website down at the mo)
Messenger Plus! 3.52.130
MSN Messenger 7.0.0.777

Then retry. If it doesn't work, repost.

1) Please do as suggested and re-install MSN Messenger, so it is a CLEAN install (not patched or anything).

2) If you install any polygamy (multi-msn) patches make ABSOLUTLY sure you install the correct patches for the correct MSN Messenger version! Anything else can and will mess things up.

3) Also, if you keep double posting like that, you will get banned. You agreed to the rules of this forum when you registered here, and they CLEARLY say it is forbidden to double post!

I'm from Belgium
And i don't know how to uninstall MSN i can't find it in the map of MSN and i tryed going to the configurationwindow and i opend the list of software and there i deleted Messenger Plus and i installed it again and it still doesn't work
and i dont wonna lose my plugins when i uninstall it....
i tryed saving it in my documents and i'm gonna try again to remove it again but i can't find the uninstall.exe of it

OOOOOOHHHH NNOOOO!!!!! that won't work either :'(

You don't uninstall programs by simply deleting the folders or files or whatever. You need to go to add/remove programs and select the proper name and click on uninstall or remove!!!!

In case of MSN Messenger, go to add/remove programs and click on "MSN Messenger" and choose "remove"...

it wont work!
and i know why ---> it's blocked by a program called
'device capabilities'
I tryed to remove it but i can't find it
and i tryed a systembackup and that wont work either......
i do the system backup and if it's done it says:
system backup not completed nothing is changed!!!!
i tryed every date i could find but none workt

And now i edited

you gotta do that to cus you didn't!

Litll question: how do you put that image in your text i tryed it but the link came up in the text and not the pictuer

go to Plus>preferences>general options>miscellaneous> then in messenger attach method select alternate mode chk if it works or not... if not then again go to the same place and in messenger attach method select default mode-forced....

I tryed a polygame patch
but it doesn't mather cus it's fixed
I pressed Ctrl + Alt + Del and i deleted al programs
it could cause problems but finaly i found it
The program was called systray.exe
now it woks if i end that procces
but now everytime i have to end it
it's no problem but does somebody knows how i cuald end it for ever!?!?!?

Please do not end Systray.exe from your processes.
Systray.exe is a tool for system taskbar notifications. The taskbar provides a location for programs and hardware devices to display icons. For example, if your computer supports advanced power management (APM), a Battery Meter icon can appear on the taskbar.
You can disable it if you want, but it isn't really recomended for total stable running of Windows.

On operating systems later then Windows 2000 the systray.exe process is not needed.

MSN-Freakeeeyyy, click start > run > type in msconfig and press enter.

Click the Startup Tab at the top. Uncheck systray and click on ok it will ask to restart and hit restart.
