i wanna upload a crap load of pictures, but i don't wanna do all the coding.

maybe you should create a folder, then upload the folder that is full of the images, or you can use an ftp program, then press and hold ctrl, selecting each image you want to upload, then right click and press "Transfer"...
I don't think that you can do any more than 12 in cPanel X

FTP is the way to go, I recommend SmartFTP.

I think he wants to make a Web Photo Gallery with a program that does the coding for him (thumbnails/pages etc.).
You could try Adobe Photoshop (File > Automate > Web Photo Gallery), even though that still needs some coding (pagename etc.).
