i know nothing about computers...just the general stuff that adverage people need to know.....over the past 4 or 5 days the computer has been restarting its self ...turns back on and a troubleshoot window come up http://oca.microsoft.com/en/response.aspx?SGD=010...70b13f4751d&SID=10 i click on the link under 'Additional Technical Information'

but i have no idea what was last installed ...if it was hardwear or softwear...this is starting to get to me as i am working on yr 12 assessments and the i keep loosing work and have to starts over...i know your just going to say remember to save ....and i do ..every 20 mins ...but this always seems to happen at the wrong time meaning that i have to do all that work over again...
that last hardwear that i can think of that was installed was a wireless router for a chinese student that we have, for him to connect to the internet ...im not sure of the last softwear that was installed

umm im not sure but first u should try
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v5consumer/default.aspx?ln=en-us
then try to find out if any of your drivers can be updated ..My Computer-right click on local disk-properties-hardware-then selected them one at a time click properties-update driver
or/and
right click on local disk-tools-select"this option will check for volume errors check now"--select both the boxes-then restart ur comp as it askes u 2,and ill find errors if u have
im just guessing so dont get if ur promblem isnt fixed
