is it possible to make a plugin that overides the block
like you know, say someone blocked you, the plugin would like give u a fake addy while showing ur real addy soo you can like still talk to em
is that possible?

Unfortunatly this is not possible. Just create a new account and add the person to that list to see if they have added you.
