This is a bit hard to describe..

When you post a topic or post, you can add an attatchment.

How do you get the attathment image to appear above it?

Yeah, we know that...the code is [img][attachment][/img]. Exactly as WDZ said. The tag [attachment] automatically is changed when the post is made to the address of the attachment.
