I'm sceptical... i guess i have to see a real picture to judge, looks slick but.. i dunno maybe a bit to bulky on the left compared to the right? I'll wait and see how it turns out.

Yeah, I read about this on Gamespot. This looks MUCH better then the Xbox 360... which is kind of concerning for me, since the Xbox is my fave console

They both look prety good IMHO

The controller might be uncomfortable for sweaty hands, but I like it better than the Xbox one.

looks ok.. don't know why they changed the controller though, imo the original ps1/ps2 controller owns any game console controller ever made, it sits perfectly in your hand and every single button is easily accessible

Where did you get the specs from? I thought PS3 was going to use 4 Cell chips for its CPU.

could have been better...... ps2 looks better imo....

the diference between the design of a psx and a ps2 is quite big but the ps2 and the ps3 design is very similar

And I think they've stole the Spiderman style for the name...

Xbox > *, i really like the new xbox 360 more then that ugly PS3 . I believe that the xbox 360 is a larger leap in techology then the PS3. Just the way its designed also

The controller is ... UGLY! The HUGE problem with PS1/2 controllers was that no matter how you held them there were empty/flat spaces all over the place and it wasn't confortable... now they make it round to fit the hand better ... ok... but then they make it look like a boomerang... WHY!?

blah the controller is shaped like a boommarang so when someone walks in front of the tv you can throw your controller at them they get out of the way then the controller comes flying back.

hmm but it does look ugly tho...

So no-one's going to wait until E3 to see if that's what it's actually like?

1) They didn't steal the Spiderman font - they own the rights to it
2) The controllers look ugly but they will be comfy
3) The Xbox 360 and the PS3 both look awesome IMHO.

I like the controller design but the console design is ugly and IMO it looks like the Spiderman font.

You people are forgetting Sony is now forbidden to destribute the dualshock dontrollers because of a lawsuit or something..

Anyway i saw graphics of PS3 and.. honestly...its gonna be owned by Xbox this time.

Just some side notes:

What the difference about the controler?? Its just the same and the design can change any time.

BTW you can use PSP to control PS3 as well and over internet too ( i saw this on IGN )

Well I made a huge thread about the PS3 cause I didn't see that anyone else did, and then Ddunk points out to me on IRC that dodgy blade already made one, which sucks.  (Blade if your gonna make a thread about something, dont just link to another thread (which forces us to go to your forums to read it(dodgy advertising)).

More and more can do hi-def, and as people change their old sets for new ones, the PS3's full graphics power will eventually be available to everyone (that has one).
