hi doesz anybody know how to delete a bar from my internet explorer window???

Assuming you're talking about a toolbar, right-click on an empty space at the top somewhere and uncheck the toolbar that you don't want.

Also, various adware & spyware software add toolbars to IE. If it appeared without you specifically installing anything, you may want to try to find the program & uninstall it. Failing that, you can get an anti-spyware application such as Microsoft's AntiSpyware, Ad-Aware or Spybot Search & Destroy

u can also go to View and then untick things u dont want

Guys, I think that she's talking about the Messenger Plus! Optional Sponsor Program. With this, you simply need to go to add/remove programs, highlight Messenger Plus!, press "Change/Remove", and press "Uninstall Sponsor Only".

The bar and desktop icons should then be gone...

For many Internet Explorer BHOs, you can click the logo or a button next to the logo to bring up a menu for that toolbar. Usually, this menu has a 'Remove' option.

Do you know what toolbar you have? Perhaps you could post a screenshot if you don't, someone might recognise it.
