Last night my mum's computer was working fine and everything MSN Was loading correctly and stuff. but this morning when she turned it on MSN Doesent connect and it gives the error code '800b0001'.
I/she hasn't installed anything since then and we ever tried a system restore to a point when we knew it was working. I've Spyware and Virus scanned to no avail.
is there anything i can do to make it work for her? thanks in advance.

maybe the server is down? reinstall msn?

maybe internet got disconected?...or sometimes...when i open it and log on it is set to work offline

nope still not working guys. i re-installed MSN and checked IE for the
any connection problems. Windows Messenger doesent woprk either.

Did u goto the msn web browser site to check if they were down ??
U must have saved ur password with ur username rite ?? try typing it manually .... that works for me i dunno why

It seems like the solution works for zillion of people, except one getting another error
