i try to goto http://www.sky.com/skynews/home
and it just comes up
Access Denied (policy_denied)
Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
its never done this before. i accessed it this morning and nothing has changed....
help?

i can access the site in IE but not firefox??

Have you tried this;
- Uninstall Firefox (Start > Control Panel classic view > Add\Remove Programs > Firefox > Change\Remove > Follow uninstalling)
- Reboot your computer
- Download and install Firefox again
Does the problem still happen?
If that doesn't work, please would you answer these questions;
Do you use a router?
Do you have problems accessing any other website?

i havent reinstalled yet but i do have a wireless router
& it hasn't happened with anything else, its only in firefox though, i can still access it in IE....is there a way to keep my themes and extensions when uninstalling FF?
