Hi.
My mate has just told me that she cannot get to her hotmail account. she puts in her email and password but when she tries to sign in it comes up with "This Page Cannot Be Displayed"

I told her to try deleting her cookies but that didnt work and she is now doing a scan for viruses.

Anyone know what could be causing this and how to stop it?

Try clearing temporary internet files

Try with a different broswer too.

Adware/Spyware could be causing the problem, it's happened to me before. Try doing a scan to see if any possible threats are found.

I month ago, the same happened to me, and i needed to use the web messenger, i couldn't even chek my e-mails, the only thing that i could do it was, Wiping my computer, and i did that, and poof!, and my problems were gone, i had my stuff on another hard drive, not to lose all of my important files, u can do that...
