John's Status on the contact list is set to "Online", but the floating contact shows that he is "Busy". We tend to think this happens after locking the PC (Windows 2000), and logging in at a later time.

It's not the first time someone reports this, however, I'Ve never been able to reproduce the problem. Does it happen every time? also, do you see those status changes in the event viewer?
