Check your internet connection....

That would be one way to try and solve it

Do you use a firewall, or router?

Can you connect Directly to MSN Messenger?
- Main Messenger Window > Tools > Options > Connection now look under connection status.

Are you on a network?

Was your modem working properly at the time?

If you were on a dial up could have the phone come off the hook, or another sound on the line?

Does this problem keep happening?

the cause is most likely the same as you've reported here: "My msn keep signing out by itself!!!" and here: "slow trasfer.."

You clearly have overall network problems.

So try to fix them first before making more new threads with problems which are all related and have the same cause. Suggestions to fix your internet connection and/or router and/or firewalls have been given in those threads...

;)
