I have a person in my contact list who recently got herself an msn space. The problem is, her contact card has not updated to include her space information.
It has been a couple of days since she got the space. She is using messenger build 7.0.0813, with i believe msgplus 3.54.132. She also is a mobile contact.
I believe it to be a fault at her end. Any suggestions on what she could do to fix it?

have you got messpatch and tiked the remove gleams option?

No. Other contacts are fine, its just her that doesn't work.

Has she made her space viewable publically? In the settings on the space i believe

Try Settings > Blog Settings and tick the Notify Ping Servers
This might 'activate' the gleams

She *is* using the same email address for msn messenger as her msn space, right?

Maybe its fact that she is a mobile contact not showing a gleam next to the icon, unmobile her and see if it works then

Not being funny, but is she sure she pressed 'Save' after editing everything?
I know fo someone who edited a whole load of the space and closed the window without saving and lost the lot

Have reinstalled messenger and she no longer is a mobile contact. Still doesn't work.
Her space is http://spaces.msn.com/members/edogcanada/
