iv jus reformatted my whole computer. and jus reinstalled msn and msg plus! i got my friend to send me some of the animated emotions but when i tried to save dem it said "invaild file format" it kept the emotion but only untill i rebooted my computer or restarted msn...can anyone help me out here cos its doing my head in. i dnt have any jpg,gif etc progs on my computer. cud dis b the problem?

Err .... if i understand you correctly .... if you are running windows xp then you can already open jpg and gifs 
So it shouldnt be a problem.
If you are running windows 98 then ... afaik it doesnt have jpg support (needs to install something) so i guess that could be the problem.
Can you open jpg's on you pc ??? If you can i dont think that is your problem. I am guessing that you have the latest version of msn messenger

im running windows 2000. yes i have the newest version of msn.
