Ubuntu randomly restarts by spokes on 07-01-2005 at 04:30 PM
Computer restarts on install or live cd.
This happens on all pc's in my house and also when i tried LBA-Linux
i press enter at the boot screen thing, and then it says a few things like extractin files or whatever then the computer restarts. it just loops. any ideas?
i have a HP pavilion
Intel Celeron
256MB RAM
120GB HD
64MB dynamically shared video memory
it restarts on about the 5th line after pressing enter

Does it say something along the lines of "Unpacking Kernel"?
