There is a plugin that used to allow this in your display name, however it is only compatible with MSN Messenger 6. Song2Nick.
As for displaying it as you can in MSN Messenger with Windows Media Player (in the personal message area); Yes, it is believed to be possible with a plugin that got the information from MusicMatch and put it into where the "Now Playing" feature is on MSN Messenger. However no one has actually gone about making a plugin like this at the current time, mainly because the demand has been very low.

That is because it is only for MSN Messenger 6, and will show it in your screen-name. There is not yet a plugin or patch that allows MSN Messenger to display the song information in the personal message area of MSN Messenger 7.0, whether somebody creates this, I don't know, MusicMatch is not a commonly used Media Player, so I doubt it will be created any time soon.
