admins/mods/elites (not sure about elites) can give a +2 rep

The total reputation (top number) is the sum of all the points given (+1, -1, +2, -2, ...) and the 3 numbers below show how many votes were given, not points. I'm not sure why I coded it that way, and I'm also not sure if I should change it... :^)

The vote count numbers tell you how many of each type of vote to expect to see. If Patchou's rep page says "Negative: 2" you know there will be exactly two negative votes (and two negative comments) when you use the "show negative" filter.
