can goback slow down my system ? i installed it and always hear stuff going on the background like the hard disk is always reading even if im not doing anything..help or is normal that it would expand my booting time ? my doesnt used to take that long to satrt up :S

It does take a little longer to load things etc, and you do get more hard drive activity. I'm not sure whether I still get so much of it anymore, whether it's because it's changed or because I'm used to it I'm not sure. But yeah, you'll probably get as much activity as with a swap file.
If you're writing heaps of data ie music/video constantly (I'm talking gigabytes) you may find Go Back isn't the best option.
