I'm trying to add a custom sound to add to the sound library or whatever, but it doesn't support .wma's, and that's all I have. How do you change from .wma to .wav, .mp3, ect.?

Give it time... I don't know what I'm doing with that really... but when somebody sees it that knows how to help you they will :p

You might also want to search about this, as it has been asked and answered many times.

MsgPlus! Custom Sounds do not support WMA. And you can only record a maximum of 10 seconds.
