Password Prompts by mwe99 on 08-12-2005 at 10:06 PM

Is there such a program that i can put on any file/folder that will require a password to even open the folder to view the files inside?

For example, a certain folder in My Documents or my USB Data stick etc...

if you have XP you can chown the folder, which means no one can access it execpt your user, if thats what you mean

you need an NTFS formatted drive though

With the freeware you can only lock 4 folders at a time but with the real one, as much as you want.  Just right click the folder you want to lock and choose the lock menu and enter a pasword :)
