excuse mua if this has been posted before but why cant desktop contacs show emoticons on their names?

Because the support isn't there AFAIK. Maybe this could be added to Plus! 3.60?

It would be cool... but they might look funny cause they'd have to be resized to fit in the box.

I realy don't think this is needed, isnt it just so you can contact or see if someone is online etc without actually having the msn client open? If so i think it should be minable as possible.
