my reputation points keep decreasing, widout any negetive reps...there were 9 two days back, 8 yesterday and 7 today..can someone plz look up this prob??

There could be lots of problems...
People have got rid of their reputation points for you, the admins have removed them, or people have given you neutrals.

They are usually deleted when they're pointless.

Reputations must be given with valid reasons, not with reasons like "because you asked for a + vote"... "because I was bored"... "what x said".... "whatever".... etc...
If a reputation seems to have an invalid reason, like shown above, you can report it (like you would report a post; click on a post from the user and say which rep needs to be revised/removed, or you can PM an admin about it)...
Invalid reasons (and thus votes) will be deleted....

One member has already been banned for this today and for their negative they gave to someone without a valid reason.
The reputation system is for these forums. Don't go rating people because they did this and that on IRC or lied on IRC. If they did, well it has nothing to do with here so keep it off here.
From now on, people who are giving dodgy reputations and reputations without decent reasons more than twice will cop a 24 hour ban.
Users who can give reputations (>100 posts) should know better than this too.
Sorry about this post, but i'm pissed off people abuse things here.
