ok im getting away from all the all in one customizing softwre and i want to know which icon changer is better please help me chose 
- Axialis - IconWorkshop
- Stardock - IconPackager
- Giovanna La Sala - E-Icons
- Scrow - IconPhile

Axilias Icon Workshop is the best IMO i have it... it was err free... for a while... then ya have to uninstal or 'pay'

Iconart is free however i find it very bad for real quality, mabe a favicon or two

I have just tried out IconPackager and it's perfect for 'my needs'
